18th Century farmhouse accommodation

Townhead Farmhouse b and b in Matlock

David and I look forward to welcoming visitors back to Bonsall for B&B in 2022. We are currently using just 3 of our comfortable guest rooms in the cottage end of the house so that you have your own entrance and can ensure ample social distancing and space.  We have also set up the cottage end of the house for self catering which might be more appropriate to peoples needs. Please contact us for further details.

The Kings Head and The Barley Mow are both back to their fantastic selves serving food with both pubs offering music and entertainment at the weekends. Our lovely cafe - The Fountain serves great meals and there is a fantastic bargain 'Cafe in the Church' which is open on Saturday Sunday and Monday for soup sandwiches and homemade cakes all for £1!

We are lucky to be close to lots of amazing attractions including the World Heritage Derwent Mill in Cromford, the fun of Matlock Bath - our 'seaside in the Peaks': Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are amazing and of course the wonderful  countryside is open for everyone to enjoy whether it is on foot taking advantage of the amazing walking trails or by bike.  We accept muddy boots and dogs. Please contact us if you would like any further ideas.

The Peak District has so much to offer and we look forward to sharing it with you.
